Born in Cincinnati, Ohio,
Bryan grew up listening to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Rush, Van Halen
and other mainstream classic rock. His main influences are Tool, Danny Carey, Neil Peart, John Bonham,
Mike Portnoy, and many others. Bryan has played in several local bands over the years since mid- to
late-80’s, including Medicine Gone (a heavily Tool-oriented band) and five years
with Strempff Recording artists Mould, traveling for three years on and off,
opening for national acts all over the country. Bryan has also sat in for various
national bands such as The Gods, Cauldron, and performed on the soundtrack for
the movie, "Passing the
Bar." Bryan uses Tama Drums, Zildjian Cymbals, Remo Heads, and Vic
Firth Sticks.
